As the Chief Operations Officer and Client Engagement Executive at Sparrow Advisors, LLC, Andrea plays a key leadership role in both strategic operations and client service. She is responsible for overseeing the firm’s internal functions while spearheading initiatives that enhance the client experience and strengthen long-term partnerships. In this dual-capacity role, Andrea ensures that Sparrow Advisors operates with precision and agility. She collaborates with firm leadership to implement efficient processes, support cross-functional alignment, and maintain high standards across all operational areas. At the same time, she leads the firm’s client engagement strategy—delivering personalized, responsive service that reflects our firm’s values and commitment to excellence.

Sparrow Advisors, LLC is a Registered Investment Adviser, with offices in Dallas, Houston, Austin, New York, and Boston. We specialize in providing a comprehensive suite of financial services that includes financial planning and consulting and asset management. We cater to a distinguished and diverse clientele which primarily includes high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, complex families, family offices, public and private corporations, charitable organizations, trusts, and endowments. Our extensive experience, industry knowledge, and personalized service make us well-equipped to address the complex and diverse needs of our clientele. Sparrow Advisors is in an active growth phase, and we are constantly exploring opportunities to onboard new clients and advisors from across the nation, with the aim of significantly extending our national presence.

Andrea brings a diverse professional background that informs her detail-oriented, client-focused approach. Prior to joining Sparrow Advisors, she was a paralegal, where she developed a sharp eye for precision and process, and as an early childhood educator, where she cultivated patience, empathy, and clear communication—skills she continues to apply in her leadership today. Andrea holds a B.A. in Applied Psychology with a Minor in Alcohol and Drug Studies, grounding her work in a deep understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics.

Outside of Sparrow Advisors Andrea loves to spend time with family, read, travel and explore. She and her husband of 25+ years have been blessed with two daughters; one went to Wellesley College and is in Boston working in Venture Capital, and their other went to Vassar College and is in New York City working for Sparrow Advisors.
